sustainability
at Veteco, we are dedicated to advocating sustainability within the veterinary industry, amongst farmers and animal owners, specifically by reducing plastic consumption and waste. in turn, this will decrease the effect of harmful micro-plastics and toxins which are released into the soil and into our seas, negatively impacting the health of our planet, our people and our wildlife.
we produce innovative alternatives to single-use plastics using biodegradable, natural fibres which have been responsibly sourced, without compromising on quality or safety. we do not use bio-plastics in any of our products as these can often require large amounts of energy to produce in the first place. in addition, they do not degrade very well under natural composting or landfill conditions due to the fact that they are chemically very similar to plastic, despite being derived from plants. naturally grown rubber latex is used where necessary instead of it's synthetic alternative.
all of our products are created using the natural colour of the materials, no synthetic or toxic dyes are used in our process.
all of our packaging is made from paper or card which is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
we are always looking to improve our processes to align with our ethos as much as possible. after all, it is our responsibility to create a healthier future for animals and the planet.
can we order samples to try first?

does your eco-hesive wrap come in any other colours?
we have made our eco-hesive wraps in white to eliminate the synthetic and sometimes harmful dyes which can be used to colour traditional vet wraps.
however, we are currently looking into options for natural dyes which are colourfast, effective on our specific materials and more importantly, safe to use on animals.
