Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
All return requests must be submitted within 28 days of delivery, by email to info@veteco.co.uk
Proof of Damage or Error
To process a return, we require clear photographic evidence of any damage, defect, or supply error.
This must be provided along with the return request before authorisation is granted.
Return Authorisation
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from our customer service team.
Once approved, we will arrange collection of the goods at no cost to you.
Condition of Goods
All returned items must be unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds or Replacements
Once returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or credit, as agreed during the return process.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
